Saudi Gazette report MAKKAH — The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque announced on Friday that the number of Umrah pilgrims and visitors to the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah during the current Hijri month of Rabi’ Al-Akhir reached 13,029,471.At the Grand Mosque, the number of visitors totaled 4,197,055, including 22,786 who prayed at Hijr Ismail (Al-Hateem).
