Saudi Gazette report RIYADH — The Transport General Authority (TGA) announced on Saturday that it had detained 1,349 individuals across the Kingdom for violating transport regulations by operating passenger services without a “kdadah” permit between November 15 and 21. According to the TGA statement, 723 individuals were found engaging in preparatory solicitation activities, known locally as “al-munadah,” while 626 others were caught transporting passengers illegally in their private vehicles.
