RIYADH — Under the patronage of Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture and Chairman of the Music Commission, the Music Commission will present, for the second time, the Saudi Orchestra Masterpieces concert in Riyadh.

The performances will be held over two consecutive days, starting Thursday, November 13, at the King Fahd Cultural Center.

The Saudi Orchestra Masterpieces highlights the Music Commission’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the presence of Saudi music locally and enhance its global stature.

It represents the continued creative journey of the Saudi National Orchestra and Choir, following a series of acclaimed international performances, and offers audiences in the Kingdom a chance to experience exceptional showcases celebrating Saudi Arabia’s cultural and artistic diversity.

Over the past two years, the Saudi Orchestra Masterpieces has graced some of the world’s most renowned stages from Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris and the National Theater in Mexico City, to the Metropolitan Opera House in New York, Central Hall Westminster in London, and Tokyo Opera City.

Earlier this year, the orchestra returned to Riyadh for three sold-out performances at the King Fahd Cultural Center before continuing its global tour to the Sydney Opera House and the Palace of Versailles in Paris.

Through this event, the Music Commission aims to provide audiences with an inspiring musical experience that reflects the Kingdom’s creative spirit and artistic evolution.

The initiative also seeks to enrich Saudi Arabia’s musical landscape, preserve the nation’s artistic heritage, and strengthen its intergenerational presence, all within the broader vision of Saudi Arabia’s flourishing cultural movement.
