RIYADH — Saudi Arabia welcomed the ceasefire agreement reached between Thailand and Cambodia. In a statement, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs appreciated all efforts made to resolve the border dispute between the two countries and to pave the way for sustainable peace that meets the aspirations of both countries and their peoples.

Saudi Arabia reiterated its full support for diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving disputes through peaceful means, thereby ensuring the establishment of international peace and security. The Kingdom commended the efforts made by the United States of America and Malaysia in resolving the dispute between the two neighboring countries.
