RIYADH — The General Directorate of Narcotics Control, under the Ministry of Interior, has provided information that assisted Malaysian authorities in seizing 25 kilograms of cocaine hidden in a shipment of medical equipment. This was by utilizing proactive security monitoring, according to Brig. Gen. Talal bin Shalhoub, security spokesman at the ministry.
He highlighted the positive cooperation with Malaysian authorities and reiterated Saudi Arabia's resolve to monitor and thwart drug activities targeting the Kingdom and its youth.
