Saudi Gazette report
RIYADH — The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has initiated punitive measures against 37 recruitment offices for their violations. These measures include immediate suspension of the activities of 10 recruitment offices while the licenses of 27 offices were withdrawn due to their failure to resolve violations within the mandatory time frame.
The punitive measures were taken after detecting violations during inspection tours of recruitment offices and companies during the third quarter of 2025. The ministry revealed that these legal actions were aimed to regulate the sector and protect the rights of all stakeholders.
The violations include breaches of rules governing recruitment activities and labor services, delays in returning amounts owed to clients, and failure to adequately address beneficiary complaints. This oversight is part of the ministry's ongoing regulatory efforts to enhance compliance in the labor market and improve the efficiency of services provided.
The ministry affirmed its commitment to regularly monitoring the performance of all recruitment offices and enforcing regulatory penalties against non-compliant entities. The ministry urged all beneficiaries to use the reliable services provided through the Musaned platform, the authorized national platform for regulating recruitment services.
This platform enables electronic contracting with approved providers and offers tools for evaluation, reporting, and follow-up. Violations can also be reported via the unified number 920002866 or through the Musaned app.
