ALQASSIM — Al Okhdood ended Al Shabab's three-match winning streak in the Saudi Pro League, holding them to a 1-1 draw in their Round 11 match.

Al Shabab entered the match riding high from three consecutive victories, but the draw leaves them with 22 points, while Al Okhdood moves up to 9 points.

Al Shabab took the lead in the third minute of stoppage time in the first half through Robert Renan.

However, the joy was short-lived as Al Okhdood leveled the score just four minutes into the second half, courtesy of a goal by Musona.

A potential second goal for Al Shabab, scored by Musab Al-Juwair in the 55th minute, was ruled out following a VAR review. The referee deemed a foul by Daniel Podence in the build-up and issued him a yellow card.

The game also saw an early setback for Al Shabab when Hussain Al-Subyani sustained an injury in the 11th minute, forcing him off the field. Nawaf Al-Saadi came on as his replacement.
