VIENNA — The eight OPEC+ countries have agreed a further hike in oil output by 137,000 barrels per day (bpd) in November. The virtual meeting of the OPEC+ countries, held on Sunday, decided to implement a production adjustment of 137,000 barrels per day (bpd) from the 1.65 million bpd additional voluntary cuts announced in April 2023. The eight countries —Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, UAE, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman—reviewed global market conditions and outlook and opted for the same fairly modest monthly increase as in October.
