Saudi Gazette reportJEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman performed the Eid Al-Fitr prayer on Sunday morning at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah.
Following the prayer, King Salman received Eid greetings from princes, ministers, and high-ranking officials.In a message shared via his official account on X (formerly Twitter), the King said: "I extend to you my congratulations on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, after Allah Almighty blessed us with the fasting and prayer of Ramadan. On this Eid, we ask Allah to preserve our nation’s security, stability, and prosperity, and to grant peace and safety to the Islamic nation and the entire world. Eid Mubarak."

Saudi Gazette reportMAKKAH — A total of 122,286,712 visitors were received at the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah during the holy month of Ramadan, according to the CEO of the General Authority for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Eng. Ghazi Al-Shahrani.Al-Shahrani said the number of Umrah performers reached 16,558,241, while worshippers totaled 92,132,169 at the Grand Mosque and 30,154,543 at the Prophet’s Mosque.He extended heartfelt congratulations to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.Al-Shahrani also expressed his gratitude to all who contributed to serving the guests of Allah, praying that their efforts be rewarded.
