RIYADH — The Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) stated that individuals are permitted to import security cameras subject to four conditions.

They must be for personal use and shall be registered in the names of individuals. Their import shall neither in commercial quantities nor for spying purposes.

The authority clarified this in response to an inquiry regarding the circumstances under which security cameras can be imported for personal home use, and the procedures that are to be taken into account in this regard.
