DAMMAM — The General Directorate of Education in the Eastern Province has decided to switch over classes in all schools under its jurisdiction in the Eastern Province and Hafr Al-Batin governorate to distance learning via the Madrasati platform on Wednesday.

The directorate said that the decision to suspend in-person classes was based on reports from the National Center for Meteorology in the wake of continued rainfall experiencing in the cities and governorates of the region.
