RIYADH — Minister of Communications and Information Technology Abdullah Alswaha highlighted acceleration of digital transformation while attending a digital event on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly high-level meeting in Riyadh on Monday. The meeting reviewed the implementation of the outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS).

During the event, Alswaha met with International Telecommunication Union Secretary General Doreen Bogdan-Martin and several ministers, senior officials, and digital economy leaders. Their meetings focused on enhancing international cooperation in digital inclusion, accelerate digital transformation, and build capabilities in the age of artificial intelligence.
