RIYADH — Six Flags Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia’s first central theme park of its kind, will open to the public on Dec. 31, 2025, marking the inaugural attraction of Qiddiya City, the world’s first destination built entirely around the “Power of Play,” located in the Tuwaiq Mountains near Riyadh.

The park will feature 28 rides, including several record-setting attractions: Falcons Flight, promoted as the world’s tallest, fastest and longest roller coaster; Iron Rattler, the world’s tallest tilt coaster; and Spitfire, the tallest inverted coaster.

Eighteen rides are designed for families and younger visitors, alongside dining options and retail outlets offering exclusive merchandise.

“Six Flags Qiddiya City not only opens its doors to the public for the first time, it begins to showcase everything Qiddiya City stands for,” said Park President Brian Machamer, noting that it will be the first Six Flags park to open outside North America.

The park’s design incorporates elements of Saudi heritage within a sustainable environment.

Adult tickets start at SR325 and children’s tickets at SR275, with free entry for infants under four.

All tickets include access to every ride, and the Unlimited GoFast Pass is available for priority entry.

Individuals with special needs, seniors and companions can purchase discounted on-site tickets starting at SR75.

Visitors can access the park by car, taxi or shuttle. Complimentary shuttles will run from the designated parking area and from Jeddah Metro Station starting at 3 p.m., ahead of the 4 p.m. opening time. All shuttles are accessible and include onboard entertainment. Metro schedules are available through Riyadh Public Transportation.

Qiddiya City, developed by Qiddiya Investment Company, is intended to host major sports events, festivals, concerts and cultural gatherings.

As development progresses, the city will integrate attractions with residential, retail, hospitality, healthcare, educational and office facilities under a sustainable urban master plan.
