RIYADH — Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Alkhorayef affirmed that the industrial investor's journey in Saudi Arabia is now a fully integrated digital reality. “This is achieved through platforms like Senaei, which enables investors to complete all procedures electronically and provides a smooth, comprehensive investment experience,” he said while addressing the fourth Digital Government Forum in Riyadh.
Alkhorayef emphasized that investment in new technologies, innovation, and artificial intelligence is fundamental to accelerating industrial growth and enhancing competitiveness. He highlighted the Future Factories program, which aims to transform 4,000 factories into automated facilities through private and international sector collaboration.
He said that the mining sector is also undergoing a significant digital leap, citing the Mansourah and Massarah mine as the first fully digital mine in the Middle East. The minister also announced the launch of a digital services platform for exporters by the Saudi Export Development Authority. This platform will unify government export services under a single digital umbrella, streamlining the exporter's journey and accelerating the growth of national exports.
Alkhorayef concluded that the ministry's digital transformation reflects its commitment to building a diversified and sustainable industrial economy aligned with Vision 2030.
