DOHA —Saudi Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi and Turkish Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş signed a memorandum of understanding in Doha on Wednesday.

The ministers discussed prospects for future cooperation and reviewed leading initiatives in social care and development to align their joint efforts further.

The deal, which was signed on the sidelines of the Second World Summit for Social Development, is aimed to enhance cooperation in the field of social services.

The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration and exchange expertise in areas concerning family affairs, women, children, older people, and persons with disabilities, contributing to the development of social services and the improvement of quality of life.
