RIYADH — Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih began on Monday a two-day official visit to Canada, leading a high-level delegation of senior government officials and prominent business leaders. The visit aimed at strengthening bilateral investment ties, fostering partnerships across priority sectors, and advancing the Kingdom’s economic diversification objectives in line with Vision 2030.
The visit program includes two Saudi-Canadian roundtable meetings focused on the mining and automotive sectors, as well as sessions of the Saudi-Canadian Business Council and several bilateral meetings between representatives of the government and private sectors from both countries.
As part of the visit, Al-Falih will hold a series of meetings in Ottawa and Toronto with Canadian ministers, senior government officials, and executives from leading companies.
The Saudi delegation comprises representatives from the investment sector and several relevant government agencies, along with a select group of business leaders, private-sector executives, and representatives from the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce.
