RIYADH — Saudi Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani has launched the second version of the “Taradhi” platform, affiliated with the Conciliation Center, as part of the ministry’s ongoing efforts to enhance conciliation services in line with local and international best practices.

The upgraded platform represents a key step in the Kingdom’s judicial digital transformation, designed to boost the efficiency of the conciliation system, improve service quality for users, and expedite procedures while ensuring easier access to justice.

The new version of “Taradhi” introduces several advanced features that uphold the highest standards of transparency, reliability, and user experience within a secure digital environment.

These enhancements aim to improve service delivery, elevate satisfaction levels, and reinforce the role of conciliation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

Through the “Taradhi” platform, disputing parties and conciliators — whether from the ministry or accredited professionals — can conduct sessions in person or remotely, with all processes fully automated from application submission to issuance of the conciliation agreement.

Agreements finalized via the platform are considered enforceable documents, allowing them to be executed directly without the need for court proceedings, thus providing a fast, dependable, and effective means of resolving disputes. — SG
