DAHRAN — Royal Saudi Air Force Commander Prince Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz presided over the concluding events of the "Ramah Al-Nasr 2025" exercise at the Air Warfare Center on Thursday.
Multiple branches of the Saudi armed forces, along with the Ministry of the National Guard, the Presidency of State Security, and the National Cybersecurity Authority, took part alongside military forces from 15 allied and friendly nations.
The large-scale exercise aimed to strengthen operational coordination among participating forces, advancing tactical integration across air, land, and maritime domains.
The final day showcased high-level operational readiness, precise planning, and the execution of advanced air combat and naval defense strategies, demonstrating the professionalism and capability of Saudi forces in addressing evolving security challenges.
As part of the event, Prince Turki bin Bandar inaugurated the first expansion phase of the Air Warfare Center, reinforcing Saudi Arabia's commitment to enhancing its military training and combat preparedness.
He emphasized that the Air Warfare Center, originally inaugurated in 2019 by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, was envisioned to become one of the world’s leading military training institutions.
He noted that eight countries participated in this year’s exercise, implementing cutting-edge aerial tactics and professional training drills, while seven additional nations joined as observers, with plans to participate in future iterations of the exercise.
The commander highlighted the growing international interest in the drill as an indication of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing efforts to advance its air force capabilities through extensive training at all levels.
Additionally, this year’s exercise introduced a new dimension of cyber warfare, underscoring the Royal Saudi Air Force’s commitment to expanding its strategic and technological capabilities.
Prince Turki bin Bandar expressed gratitude for the unwavering support and guidance provided by the Saudi leadership, reaffirming the nation’s dedication to reaching the highest levels of combat readiness and operational efficiency.
