HAIL – There is a move to Saudize administrative jobs at hospitals, polyclinics, and medical centers in the private sector, according to a health official.



The health committees at the Human Resources Development Fund and the chambers of commerce and industry across the Kingdom have launched a joint initiative of counting administrative jobs in all private hospitals and polyclinics prior to Saudize them, said Hani Al-Kholaifi, member of the health committee at the Saudi Council of Chambers.



He said that Saudi men and women jobseekers who are qualified to take up jobs in the education, technical and health specialties will replace foreigners in the administrative posts.



Al-Kholaifi, who is also chairman of the health committee at the Hail chamber, said the committee is doing a great job in conducting training courses and awareness classes for Saudi jobseekers so as to enable them to take up some administrative posts in the health sector.



“The training courses helped finding jobs for more than 80 Saudi women at polyclinics,” he added.
