KUALA LUMPUR — Asian Football Confederation has officially confirmed the two match venues that will stage the AFC Champions League Elite (ACL Elite) Finals Jeddah 2026, scheduled to take place from April 16 to 25, 2026.
The King Abdullah Sports City Stadium and Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Sports City Stadium — both of which hosted the 2025 edition — will once again serve as the battlegrounds for the final seven matches of the 2025/26 ACL Elite season, reinforcing Jeddah’s status as a premier destination for elite Asian football.
The Finals will be contested in a centralised, single-leg knockout format featuring Asia’s top eight clubs.
The Quarter-finals will be played from April 16 to 18, followed by the Semi-finals on April 20 and 21, before the competition culminates in the Final on April 25.
Both stadiums, which are also set to host matches at the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027, will each stage two Quarter-final fixtures and one Semi-final.
For the second consecutive season, the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium will host the Final, where continental glory and a lucrative $12 million prize purse will be at stake.
With two matchdays remaining in the League Stage (East), Japan’s Vissel Kobe lead the standings with 13 points.
In the League Stage (West), Saudi Arabia’s Al Hilal SFC sit top after a perfect run of six wins from six matches.
The League Stage will be followed by the Round of 16, featuring two-legged ties scheduled for March 2–3 and March 9–10 in the West, and March 3–4 and March 10–11 in the East.
A draw for the final eight teams will then be held on March 25 to determine the path to the ACL Elite Finals Jeddah 2026. — SG
