Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr beats Qatari Al Sadd in AFC Champions League

RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s Al-Nassr defeated Qatar's Al-Sadd 3-1 in the sixth round of Group D of the AFC Champions League on Thursday, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Al-Nassr’s Abderrazak Hamdallah scored the first goal at the 33rd minute of the match and the second goal for the Saudi side came through Abdullah Al-Omari at the 75th minute, while Al-Sadd scored just 7 minutes before the end of the game.

Saudi Arabia is playing host to all matches of the fourth group, in accordance with the Asian Football Confederation's decision to hold groups stage, under a centralized grouping system. — SG
