HAIL — A 20-year-old woman living in Safeet town, 270 km south of Hail, stabbed her elder brother in the heart following an altercation. Although the brother was rushed to a nearby polyclinic, he died on the way. A police source said the woman had filed several complaints against her 26-year-old brother due to arguments. The woman was arrested by police. Investigations are ongoing to find out the circumstances that led to the fatal stabbing.
