HAIL — Police arrested a 24-year-old Saudi man for stealing SR2,100 from an expatriate. The victim contacted police to report the theft after the Saudi man robbed him of the money and fled. Police circulated a detailed description of the alleged thief’s car. He was soon spotted and arrested. The thief confessed to the crime and is waiting to be charged.
