JEDDAH — Consul General of Pakistan Aftab Ahmed Khokher called on Makkah Emir Prince Khaled Al-Faisal at his Jeddah office recently to discuss the situation of Pakistani schools and the release of prisoners in provincial jails. Sohail Ali Khan, press consular, told Saudi Gazette that the emir promised to look into the matter and assured his cooperation. Prince Khaled also said the Pakistani community in the province “was worthy of praise for their commitment and dedication to their professional duty”. During the meeting Khokher was accompanied by Pakistani consulate’s Director General for Haj Syed Ahmed Abbu Aakif.
