BURAIDAH — Saudi Justice Minister Walid Al-Samaani has inaugurated a technical office at the Qassim Court of Appeal as part of efforts to enhance judicial quality and align with international best practices.

The newly established office will provide judicial panels with in-depth legal analyses, improving the quality, consistency, and predictability of rulings. This initiative aims to reinforce legal certainty and ensure the delivery of fair and accurate judicial outcomes.

During his visit to the Qassim region, Minister Al-Samaani toured several courts, including the Qassim Court of Appeal and the Commercial Court in Buraidah.

He also met with litigants to address their complaints and inquiries, emphasizing the ministry’s commitment to client satisfaction.

Minister Al-Samaani directed court staff to streamline procedures further, ensuring greater efficiency and convenience for the clients. — SG
