Saudi Gazette report RIYADH — The Public Prosecution warned that anyone who possesses narcotic substances without the intent of trafficking or promotion will be punished with imprisonment and a fine. The warning is aimed at anyone who possesses narcotics or psychotropic substances, transports them, hands them over, or receives them without the intent of trafficking, promotion, or personal use, without proper authorization.
