RIYADH — Saudi Arabia has become the first Middle East country to launch a new initiative in the effective management of cancer treatment with the establishment of a ‘Saudi Oncology Health Economics Expert Group’ (SHARP). MILAN — More than 300 flights were canceled on Friday in Italy due to a planned one-day strike by workers from Alitalia and Air Italy.Alitalia said in a statement that 315 flights were canceled on Friday, with another 40 canceled on Thursday night and Saturday morning.
