HAIL - The Civil Defense has closed down two amusement parks for violating safety and security regulations. Hail Civil Defense spokesman Maj. Nafei Al-Makhlafi said during an inspection round of the premises the authority detected a number of safety and security violations. He added the two parks would remain closed until they implement and abide by regulations.
