HAIL — A female college student died instantly after she was run over Sunday by a car while she was trying to cross the street. She was pronounced dead on the scene by Red Crescent paramedics. Eyewitness said the student was waiting for the bus in the designated area when she was hit by a bus owned by a maintenance company. The Indian driver is in police custody.
