HAIL — A fuel truck collided with another truck parked alongside Hail-Al-Jouf Road. Police, Red Crescent and Civil Defense personnel attended the site. The driver of the fuel truck survived the accident and paramedics provided him with first aid and took him to hospital, while police directed traffic around the accident site.
