January 15, 2026

As Seequent, the Bentley Subsurface Company, returned to Riyadh for the 5th edition of the Future Minerals Forum (FMF) from 13 to 15 January 2026, the company is reaffirming its commitment to advancing data-driven mineral exploration and supporting the transformation of Saudi Arabia’s mining sector.

During the event, Seequent showcased its world-leading geoscience technologies and engaged with key industry stakeholders on the future of mining in the region, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. Visitors to the Seequent stand could explore its integrated digital ecosystem, including solutions such as MX Deposit, Imago, Leapfrog, the Evo platform, and Oasis Montaj, demonstrating how these technologies work together to drive smarter, more sustainable exploration and development.
Speaking on the sidelines of the event, Dr. Janina Elliott, Segment Director for Mining at Seequent, said: Seequent’s participation in the 5th edition of the Future Minerals Forum (FMF) 2026 reflects its commitment to strengthening its position as a global leader in subsurface and geoscience technology. The forum serves as a strategic platform to align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives, particularly in advancing the mining and minerals sector.

By participating in FMF 2026, Seequent aimed to increase its visibility among regulators, government entities, and policy decision-makers, and to enhance stakeholders’ and the media’s understanding of modern geoscience and digital mining technologies that support national development goals.

At FMF 2026, Seequent showcased its flagship solutions, including Oasis montaj, Imago, Driver and Leapfrog Geo – the primary sequence of exploration solutions. These technologies demonstrate how Seequent’s software reduces project risk and enables more confident, data-driven decision-making. These solutions focus on resolving complex geological questions and, as such, find direct application not only in active mineral exploration but also in significant civil and infrastructure projects. Through this showcase, Seequent reinforces its role as a trusted technology partner for mining and civil infrastructure projects across the region.

Seequent supports sustainable mineral resource development by enabling a more accurate understanding of geology, thereby optimizing exploration efforts and minimizing environmental impact. Its advanced digital workflows promote efficient data use throughout the project lifecycle through a connected, holistic geoscience approach that enables responsible resource development. This approach directly contributes to the sustainable development of Saudi Arabia’s mineral resources and demonstrates Seequent’s commitment to innovation-led, environmentally responsible operations across the Middle East region.

Seequent is strengthening its long-term presence in the Middle East through investments in local partnerships, talent development, and knowledge-transfer initiatives. Participation at FMF 2026 enables direct engagement with C-suite leaders, policymakers and key industry stakeholders. In collaboration with Bentley Systems, Seequent supports not only active exploration but also large-scale mining and infrastructure projects and advances regional market expansion through sustained engagement and long-term reputation-building.
