RIYADH — Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan discussed with United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio the latest developments in the region and the efforts being made to achieve regional security and stability.
During their meeting in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, the ministers reviewed the historical and strategic relations between the two countries and ways to further develop them in a way that serves their common interests.
Also on Wednesday, Prince Faisal met with Chairman of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Jim Risch. During the meeting, they reviewed the close cooperation between the two friendly countries and discussed key regional and international issues.
The meeting was attended by Saudi Ambassador to the United States Princess Reema bint Bandar and Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed Alyahya.
