RIYADH — On behalf of Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman, Deputy Minister of Defense Prince Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Ayyaf graced on Sunday the graduation ceremony of university graduates of officer training courses in the branches of the Armed Forces for the academic year 1447 AH at the King Abdulaziz Military College (KAMC in Al-Uyaynah in the Riyadh region.
Upon his arrival at the college, the deputy minister was received by Deputy Chief of the General Staff Lt. Gen. Fahd Al-Ghafeeli; Chief of Staff of the Land Forces Lt. Gen. Fahd Al-Johani; and Commander of the King Abdulaziz Military College Maj. Gen. Fahd Al-Qahiz.
Speaking at the ceremony, Maj. Gen. Al-Qahiz said that the university graduates of the officer training courses for various branches of the Armed Forces had completed their military training, moving between classrooms and training fields, acquiring knowledge, skills, and values that qualify them to be effective members of the Armed Forces and capable of keeping pace with the development witnessed by the Ministry of Defense.
The deputy minister watched the military parade, and then the graduates took their oath. Prince Abdulrahman honored the outstanding students. The graduates were also conferred on their military ranks.
