These have contributed to a qualitative leap in the efficiency and quality of government services, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030,” he said while delivering keynote speech at the Absher Conference 2025 in Riyadh on Thursday.

In his speech, the NIC chief highlighted the Absher platform’s impact on accelerating government digital transformation and improving quality of life. He emphasized the Kingdom’s advanced digital achievements, including the Digital Transformation Index 2025 issued by the Digital Government Authority, which recorded a compliance rate of 88.30 percent and a digital experience maturity score exceeding 86 percent. “The Absher platform ranked first on this index, reflecting the high level of excellence in delivering government digital services, he said.
