MAKKAH — The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque offers the ‘Digital Mutawwif,’ a platform that provides step-by-step guidance for Umrah rituals to enhance pilgrims' experience and simplify ritual performance at the Grand Mosque.

The Digital Mutawwif provides a comprehensive suite of smart services, including interactive guidance to help visitors navigate the mosque’s vast layout. It also offers a detailed guide to rituals, audio and video supplications, and electronic counters for Tawaf and Sa'i, enabling pilgrims to track their progress and perform their acts of worship with greater ease and focus.

To accommodate the global nature of the Umrah performance, the Digital Mutawwif supports seven languages, making its features accessible to a wide range of nationalities. The authority has encouraged all pilgrims to access the service via its official platforms to benefit from these tools, which are designed to enhance the spiritual journey and deliver a seamless, modern experience within the Two Holy Mosques.
