Saudi Gazette report
JEDDAH —The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) has launched the tenth edition of its "Elite" (Al-Nukhba) training initiative. The program aims to refine the skills of recently graduated Saudis so as to empower them to become highly qualified professionals capable of competing in the job market.

The six-month program combines practical training within various GOSI departments with internships at leading organizations in the job market, in addition to advanced educational programs with top international universities. This comprehensive experience equips trainees with the skills necessary for a professional career.

The program targets university graduates in vital fields such as actuarial science, economics, computer science, software engineering, information systems, artificial intelligence, information technology, insurance and risk management, industrial engineering, accounting, finance, project management, law, digital media, marketing, and public relations.

GOSI has set specific eligibility requirements for joining the program. These include age not older than 25 years, recently graduated from an accredited university with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3/4 or 4/5 (depending on the university's grading system), and passing tests and personal interviews.

GOSI stated that trainees will receive a training contract with a monthly stipend and paid leave, in addition to being registered with GOSI and receiving comprehensive medical insurance for themselves and their parents.

GOSI considers the program as a golden opportunity for young people to gain practical and theoretical experience in a real work environment, with the possibility of later joining the job market in various insurance and administrative fields.
