RIYADH — The Syrian Arab Republic has been selected as the guest of honor for the third edition of the “Made in Saudi Arabia” exhibition, scheduled to take place from December 15–17, 2025, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in Malham.
Organized by the Saudi Export Development Authority through its Made in Saudi Arabia program, the event underscores growing economic engagement between Riyadh and Damascus and reflects ongoing efforts to strengthen industrial cooperation across the region.
Syria’s delegation will be led by Minister of Economy and Industry Dr. Muhammad Nidal al-Shaar, who will head a national pavilion showcasing more than 25 companies across industrial and service sectors. The participation carries the slogan “We Are Alike,” first introduced following Saudi Arabia’s involvement in the Damascus International Fair, emphasizing the close ties between the two peoples and their shared outlook for industrial development.
Officials say Syrian participation is expected to help broaden opportunities for Arab industrial integration by enabling companies and investors to exchange expertise and explore new avenues for joint ventures.
The focus will include expanding regional manufacturing capacity and supporting long-term economic collaboration.
Now in its third edition, the “Made in Saudi Arabia” exhibition aims to highlight national products and services, enhance their competitiveness domestically and internationally, and present visitors with an immersive platform to showcase industrial achievements and the role of national industries in economic development.
