November 27, 2025

Dar wa Emaar Real Estate Investment & Development announced the successful conclusion of its participation in Cityscape Global 2025 in Riyadh. During the event, the company’s pavilion witnessed significant activity that included the launch of major urban development projects, the signing of strategic agreements to strengthen its portfolio, and notable interest from investors and visitors. This momentum reflects the company’s advancing position in the real estate development sector and its active role in supporting the Kingdom’s urban development objectives.

During the exhibition, Dar wa Emaar, in partnership with NHC, unveiled two new residential communities, Narjis Communities and Fursan Communities, with a total value of SR3.8 billion. Both developments represent a new model of integrated residential communities designed around family needs, offering contemporary urban solutions through connected environments, diverse services, extensive green spaces, and architectural planning that enhances overall quality of life.

The design approach across the residential and commercial components prioritizes diversity, efficiency, and sustainability, in line with the company’s vision to create more integrated and vibrant communities in northern and northeastern Riyadh. The company also announced the signing of three strategic agreements related to the Riyadh East development, which is being implemented under a real estate fund licensed by the Capital Market Authority with an investment size of SR1 billion. The agreements include a partnership with Osool as a partner in the established real estate fund, alongside SEDCO Capital as the fund manager, and Benoy, the global design and urban planning firm. Riyadh East is positioned as one of the largest upcoming urban developments in the eastern part of Riyadh, built on a framework of land re-planning and multi-phase development across residential and mixed-use components that cater to the needs of investors, homebuyers, and the city’s long-term growth trajectory.

In parallel, Dar wa Emaar signed an agreement with Michael Graves to design its new corporate headquarters in the city of Khobar, an initiative that reflects the company’s commitment to fostering a modern workspace that supports innovation, growth, and organizational excellence, while reinforcing its national footprint in the real estate sector.

Throughout the exhibition, Dar wa Emaar’s participation attracted substantial attention from investors and visitors, in addition to families seeking high-quality residential solutions that align with the company’s standards of sustainability and design excellence. The company reported strong interest across its showcased projects, along with an increase in investment-related inquiries.

As for the numerical outcomes of its participation at Cityscape Global 2025, Dar wa Emaar confirmed that it finalized 21 agreements and MoUs during the exhibition days, while its pavilion welcomed more than 15,000 visitors from investors and sector stakeholders. The total value of the projects launched during the exhibition reached SR 3.8 billion, underscoring the market’s confidence in the company’s products and its development strategy.

Dar wa Emaar concluded its statement by reaffirming its commitment to developing integrated communities that support urban development, respond to the needs of investors and end-users, and reinforce the company’s role in contributing to the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision in the housing and quality-of-life sectors.
