First Projects has announced the signing of an agreement with global hospitality company Hilton to open DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Al Narjis. The hotel will be part of a mixed-use development featuring residential units, retail spaces, professional co-working and meeting facilities - creating a vibrant and integrated destination that seamlessly connects business and leisure.

The agreement was signed during Cityscape Global 2025 at the First Projects exhibition stand, in a ceremony attended by Eng. Mohammad Dabboussi, CEO of First Projects, and Carlos Khneisser, Chief Development Officer, Middle East & Africa, Hilton.

Double Tree by Hilton Riyadh Al Narjis will bring the award-winning brand’s warm and thoughtful service to Al Narjis. Guests will enjoy a range of dining options, including a stylish lobby café, an all-day dining restaurant, and a pool terrace. Additional amenities will include a fitness centre, an outdoor pool, and a spa.

The First Projects development in Al Narjis District will stand as a symbol of collaboration and progress, setting a new benchmark for mixed-use design and integrated living in Riyadh. The project aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by supporting the Kingdom’s urban growth and diversification through world-class design, hospitality, and community-focused development.

This milestone reinforces First Projects’ commitment to creating high-quality destinations that enhance city life and attract long-term investment.
