“Kooheji Real Estate Development Company” concluded its participation in “Cityscape Global Riyadh 2025” with a strong and distinguished presence, attracting a substantial turnout of visitors and investors to its diverse portfolio of projects.

Foremost among them is the “Rewan Al Ruba” project, which covers more than 789,000 square meters and features 1,289 residential villas with a variety of designs, ranging from villas to duplexes. Each unit has been carefully designed to meet the needs of Saudi families within a cohesive residential environment that combines comfort and luxury.

The project recorded the highest sales rate in Al Ruba destination during the exhibition, demonstrating the success of the company’s strategy in presenting investors with distinguished and attractive projects.

The company also unveiled its two iconic projects, "Vellano" and "Flamant," which mark a major leap in high-end residential concepts, by combining modern design, sustainability, and quality of life.
