RIYADH — Assistant Director of the National Information Center for the Tawakkalna System at the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority Eng. Saleh Musaibah said that development will continue on innovative solutions for the national integrated Tawakkalna application, which now exceeds 1,100 services. This is by relying on the latest artificial intelligence technologies to boost government connectivity, he said.


Addressing the opening session of the second annual Google Cloud Saudi Summit in Riyadh on Monday, Musaibah said that these efforts align with the Saudi Vision 2030 objectives to build a more advanced and prosperous digital future for the Kingdom. The event brought together leading experts and technology executives from around the world.


Musaibah outlined the major transformations in the growing development journey of the Tawakkalna application and its role as a comprehensive national platform offering more than 1,100 services from various entities to all segments of society. The platform now serves over 34 million daily users, including citizens, residents and visitors. He highlighted the rapid technological progress of the Tawakkalna ecosystem, explaining that its advanced digital infrastructure enables more reliable and flexible services, continuously improves the user experience, and contributes to an enhanced quality of life.


He added that the advanced AI-powered technical capabilities of the Tawakkalna application have boosted its position as a unified national “super app.” By integrating multiple services within a single interface, it streamlines the user journey through interconnected solutions that support digital transformation and elevate service efficiency, making the platform one of the Kingdom’s and the region’s most prominent national models in the field.
