Mountain View returns to Cityscape Global, showcasing its landmark Saudi projects that redefine community living

November 18, 2025

Mountain View returns to Cityscape Global for the second year in a row, reaffirming its commitment to the Saudi market and its ambitious expansion strategy. As a leading regional real estate developer with over two decades of expertise in creating human-centric, sustainable communities, the company is strengthening its position in Saudi Arabia through two major residential projects in the capital, One Mountain View and Hayat.

This continued presence at the world’s largest urban development exhibition underscores Mountain View’s confidence in the Kingdom’s dynamic real estate sector and its long-term investment plan to support the national transformation in housing and quality of life.

“Saudi Arabia is shaping one of the most exciting real estate stories globally today,” said Eng. Amr Soliman, Founder and Chairman of Mountain View. “Our participation in Cityscape Global once again reflects our commitment to becoming a strategic partner in the country’s urban future, building fully-integrated communities that prioritize well-being, belonging, and innovative living.”

Located in Fursan District in northeast Riyadh, Hayat spans over 932,000 sq.m and features 1,700 villas designed with modern Saudi families in mind. Developed in strategic partnership with National Housing Company (NHC), the project prioritizes well-being and active living through walkable streets, green open areas, recreational amenities, and vibrant commercial spaces. With more than $600 million in investment, Hayat supports the company’s vision to expand access to high-quality housing solutions.

Situated in northern Riyadh, One Mountain View is the company’s first project in the Kingdom, offering an exclusive villa-only lifestyle combining privacy, sophistication, lush green landscapes, and state-of-the-art urban design. With over $320 million in investment, the development introduces the brand’s award-winning architectural identity to the Saudi market, alongside The Lighthouse, the community’s social hub inspired by Mountain View’s proprietary “Quality of Life” philosophy.

Together, these two flagship projects represent over $900 million in initial investments, marking the beginning of a broader expansion plan across major cities in the Kingdom.

Mountain View's presence at Cityscape Global is more than a showcase; it is an opportunity to introduce a new standard of living where happiness is not an afterthought but a design principle. Through “The Lighthouse” experience and spaces engineered for interaction, Mountain View builds communities where people feel connected, supported, and inspired every day.

“We are not just introducing homes; we are bringing a unique lifestyle philosophy that places people at the heart of every decision,” Soliman added. “Cityscape Global allows us to share this vision while forming partnerships that will shape the future of living in Saudi Arabia.”

With demand for integrated and smart housing communities rising across the Kingdom, Mountain View aims to grow its presence through strategic land acquisitions, new partnerships, and the introduction of more developments rooted in its long-standing principles of innovation, sustainability, and human-centric design.

Through Cityscape Global, Mountain View reinforces its role as a proactive contributor to building vibrant, future-ready communities aligned with Saudi Arabia’s social and economic aspirations.
