MANAMA — Saudi Minister of Tourism Ahmed Al-Khateeb met with Bahrain’s Minister of Tourism Fatima Al Sairafi on the sidelines of the Gateway Gulf 2025 investment forum in Manama on Sunday.


They discussed ways to further enhance tourism cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain and to activate the memorandum of understanding to promote the two kingdoms as a single tourist destination regionally and globally.


Their talks also focused on strengthening tourism sector growth in both countries to help achieve their shared goals of increasing tourism's contribution to economic development.

Al-Khateeb also held talks with Bahrain’s Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa on the sidelines of the forum.
