Key achievements include the launch of an advanced geo-spatial data platform supporting urban planning, the expansion of well-organized public slaughtering and hygiene facilities, the introduction of citizen consultation platforms that promote transparency and collaboration, and significant upgrades in infrastructure maintenance and operations.
