5th Edition of Hajj Conference and Exhibition returns to Jeddah in November

October 27, 2025

The Hajj Conference and Exhibition returns to Jeddah this November for its fifth edition, bringing together international stakeholders to improve the pilgrim experience through innovation, sustainability, and cross-sector collaboration.

The event will welcome government officials, Hajj service providers, technology firms, academics, and diplomatic missions from around the world. Building on the success of the fourth edition—held earlier in 2025 and attended by more than 120,000 visitors, 220 exhibitors, and participants from 137 countries, this edition aims to expand its reach and impact within the Hajj services sector.

This year’s program includes over 80 sessions and 60 workshops, with participation expected from more than 2,400 trainees. The conference supports Saudi Vision 2030 by advancing the quality, efficiency, and integration of services offered to pilgrims.

Spanning more than 52,000 square meters, the exhibition will host over 260 exhibitors from across the globe. Organizers anticipate that the event will lead to new agreements and partnerships that will shape the future of Hajj services.

The Hajj Conference and Exhibition has become a key meeting point for those shaping the future of pilgrim services. It draws in voices from government, business, and nonprofits united by a shared focus on improving every aspect of the Hajj journey.

As the only international event of its kind, it plays a central role in bringing greater harmony and purpose to the work of those who serve pilgrims.
