RIYADH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman sent separate cables to Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, expressing condolences and sympathy over the death of Qatari diplomats in a tragic traffic accident in the Egyptian resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh.
The King and the Crown Prince extended their deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the Emir and the families of the deceased. They wished a speedy recovery to all the injured, praying for the safety of Qatar.
Three members of the Amiri Diwan were killed and two others injured in a car crash on Saturday while they were traveling to the Sharm El-Sheikh city ahead of a high-level summit celebrating the Gaza ceasefire.
