RIYADH — Minister of Justice Dr. Waleed Al-Samaani has ordered the launch of an electronic power of attorney service for the business sector through the Najiz Business portal. This initiative aims to support the business sector and streamline legal transactions.

The new online service will contribute to the digital transformation process and enhance the business environment, enabling company representatives to issue powers of attorney electronically in a quick and easier way.

The ministry emphasized that launching of this service is part of its ongoing efforts to provide digital solutions that facilitate business transactions. The service allows users to issue powers of attorney electronically with simple, 24/7 access. The ministry of Justice encourages all businesses to take advantage of this service through the Najiz Business portal.
