JEDDAH — The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced on Saturday that its digital platform, the Nusuk app, has surpassed 30 million downloads, with over 90 percent of users from more than 190 countries. This represents a 150 percent increase compared to 12 million in 2024, underscoring the app’s global reach and vital role in facilitating Hajj, Umrah, and visit journeys for pilgrims.
The Nusuk app offers over 100 digital services through integration with various Hajj and Umrah entities, covering every stage of a pilgrim’s journey from planning to return. Services include booking Umrah, visits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif at the Prophet’s Mosque, reservations for the Haramain High Speed Railway, flights, hotels, and enrichment tours. The app has also recently expanded its features to include daily services such as access to the Holy Qur’an, supplications, prayer times, and the Qibla direction.
The ministry confirmed that a major update will be launched soon to provide a smoother and more user-friendly experience, as part of the app’s ongoing goal to become the world’s leading digital Islamic platform.
