RIYADH — Saudi Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman met with the Commander of United States Central Command (CENTCOM) Admiral Brad Cooper in Riyadh on Tuesday.

During the meeting, they discussed aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries in defense fields, as well as recent developments in the region and joint efforts to maintain international security and peace.



Chief of General Staff Lt. Gen. Fayyad Al-Ruwaili, Commander of the Joint Forces Lt. Gen. Fahd Al-Salman, and Advisor to the Minister of Defense for Intelligence Affairs Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif attended the meeting.

U.S. embassy Chargé d'Affaires ad interim to Saudi Arabia Alison Dilworth was also present, along with several U.S. officials in the meeting.
