MUNICH —
Saudi Arabia will host the Munich Security Conference (MSC) leaders’ meeting in AlUla during the fourth quarter of 2025, further cementing its role as a key platform for international dialogue on security and political affairs.

The announcement was made during the MSC leaders' meeting held in Washington, D.C. from May 5 to 7, where the Kingdom was represented by Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Saud, Assistant Director General of Policy Planning at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the event, Prince Abdullah met with Dr. Benedikt Franke, CEO of the Munich Security Conference, who expressed his deep appreciation to the Kingdom for hosting the high-level gathering.

Franke noted that a formal statement outlining the meeting’s objectives and agenda will be issued in due course.

Prince Abdullah reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s commitment to supporting international peace and security and strengthening multilateral dialogue.
